Nistime

Generate a list of activations per ROI across time.

Invocation

java  Nistime

This starts up the java interpreter and runs the Nistime application. You need to have set up your environment for java in order for this to work.

Images file/directory
Text file with a list of image filenames, one per line. This list should be identical to the last column in the design file used to generate the particle list created by Nisroi. Alternately, a directory with images can be provided, and the file listing will be generated automatically.
Plist file
Particle list file, produced by Nisroi.
Output directory
Directory in which to place the resulting time-series file. This program will try to create this directory if it does not exist.
Produce pixel-wise (5-column) time-series file
Check this box if you want a 5-column pixel-wise time-series file instead of a 4-column ROI-wise time-series file.
Verbose mode
Checking this box will print the time-series data to the standard output in addition to creating the time-series file.
