NeuroImaging Software package

(nis-3.5 pre-release of the port of NIS on mac os X)


Nis3.5 has been ported to the mac platform. The binaries were compiled with gcc 3.1 on mac os 10.2 and with gcc 2.95.5 on mac os 10.1.
The results on mac were compared with that of SGI using a 48 point finger tapping data set. The results can be viewed by clicking here

Cost: NIS software is distributed free of charge.
Installation: The NIS binaries is distributed as an gzipped tar file. After you have downloaded the file run the following commands:
    gunzip nis35-bin-macosx.tar.gz

   tar -xvf nis35-bin-macosx.tar
