Changes from NIS 3.3

- Renamed nispost to niscontrast
- Added textfile option to nisfilter
- Changed overlap to be able to be compiled in IFIS and read IFIS images
- Changed nistime to no longer dump entire time-series file to the
  screen when verbose mode is selected
- Removed nismooth program (no longer needed)
- Added niscorrel program
- Removed ANALYZE I/O routines from utils directory and moved them to
  imgio package
- Fixed problem with nisair where running with fewer than 11 images in
  verbose mode caused a division by zero error
